1. Membership

The No-H2O Membership Program is open to both new and existing No-H2O customers.

Membership becomes active upon successful subscription and receipt of the initial payment through the secure Square checkout.

Membership is subject to these Terms & Conditions and may only be used in accordance with the selected membership plan.

2. Subscription

Memberships are available in Monthly Clean, Every 2 Months Clean, and Quarterly Clean package options. All memberships are paid annually in advance and renew automatically each year unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Entitlement

Each membership includes valet service entitlements based on the selected membership package:

• Monthly Package: One (1) valet service every month (12 services per membership year).

• Bi-Monthly Package: One (1) valet service every two (2) months (6 services per membership year).

• Quarterly Package: One (1) valet service every three (3) months (4 services per membership year).

Entitlements become available in accordance with the selected membership package and must be redeemed within the applicable service period.

Unused entitlements do not roll over to subsequent service periods or membership years unless otherwise stated by No-H2O.

4. Expiry of Entitlement

Valet service entitlements are valid only within the applicable service period of the selected membership package:

• Monthly Package: Entitlement must be redeemed within the applicable calendar month.

• Bi-Monthly Package: Entitlement must be redeemed within the applicable two-month service period.

• Quarterly Package: Entitlement must be redeemed within the applicable three-month service period.

Members are responsible for booking their appointments within the applicable service period. Where No-H2O is unable to offer an appointment within the applicable service period due to limited availability, No-H2O may, at its sole discretion, honour the unused entitlement in the next applicable service period.

5. Booking

Members may book services using the exclusive Member Booking Link or visit any No-H2O location.

Bookings are subject to appointment availability. Members are encouraged to book in advance, particularly during busy periods, to secure their preferred date and time.

6. Membership Verification

No-H2O reserves the right to verify membership status and entitlement before providing any service.

Customers may be asked to confirm their registered name, email address or vehicle registration.

7. Vehicle Eligibility

Membership applies only to the registered vehicle associated with the membership.

8. Additional Services

Services outside the member's entitlement or upgrades requested during the appointment will be charged at the applicable standard price.

9. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment or cancellation outside the permitted notice period may result in the monthly entitlement being forfeited.

10. Changes to Membership

Members may request to upgrade or downgrade their membership package. Any approved changes will take effect upon the next annual renewal. No refunds, credits, or partial adjustments will be provided for the current membership year.

11. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their subscription account.

Cancellation will stop future automatic annual renewals. The membership will remain active until the end of the current membership year, after which it will expire.

As memberships are paid annually in advance, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership year, except where required by applicable consumer law.

12. Promotional Offers

The No-H2O Membership Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.

13. Suspension or Termination

No-H2O reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

14. Amendments

No-H2O reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and membership benefits at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this website.

What is a No-H2O Membership?

A No-H2O Membership is an annual membership programme that provides convenient access to scheduled premium waterless car care throughout the year. Members can choose from Monthly, Bi-Monthly, or Quarterly packages, all paid annually in advance.

How do I join?

How do I book my service?

Members can book online using the exclusive Member Booking Link included in their Welcome Email or visit any No-H2O location.

How many services are included in my membership?

Your membership includes valet services based on your selected package:

• Bi-Monthly Package: 6 valet services per membership year (one service every two months).

• Quarterly Package: 4 valet services per membership year (one service every three months).

Can I book more than one service during my service period?

Your membership includes the number of valet services allocated under your selected package. Once your entitlement for the applicable service period has been used, additional valet services may be purchased at the standard retail price.

Do unused services roll over?

No. Unused valet service entitlements do not roll over to the next service period or membership year.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes. You may request to upgrade or downgrade your membership package. Changes will generally take effect at your next annual renewal.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time through your subscription account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership year, after which it will not renew automatically.

Can someone else use my membership?

Memberships are intended for the registered member and the registered vehicle. They are non-transferable.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of your entitlement for the applicable service period.

How will I know my membership is active?

You'll receive a confirmation email after subscribing, and our team will verify your membership when you make a booking or visit one of our locations.
